I need to reset my computer to factory settings, however there is no eRecovery or eManagement on my computer. I have tried alt f10 and nothing happens. How can I reset my computer?

    sounds like harddrive maybe replaced or totally formatted

    would need to contact Acer for recovery media

    Hi.  Have the same problem.  Laptop is barely 2 years old.  I actually purchased restoration disks from Acer.  Performed the steps 2 times, but unfortunately, my laptop still doesn't work.  Also did the F10 thing and absolutely NOTHING happened.  I think I am going to have to take it someplace like the Geek squad to have it repaired.  Also too difficult to get help from the foreign folks on the phone that I think are the 'help desk' for Acer.  Don't think I would purchase another Acer.

    you do not say what happens when you do recovery, just "doesn't work"

    no way for anyone to help without more information
