All in One Touch System - BIG PROBLEMS HELP

Hello all,

I purchased the system about 2 weeks ago. On the first night, the sytem freezes, says it ran into an error, and restarts. Happened two more times after it, I looked online and it said to refresh your PC, and I did. All went smooth from there.

Tonight, the system just shuts off by itself. When I turn it on, it gives me about 3-5 beeps and it doesn't turn on. I take out the adapter from the back then turn it on to be able to turn it on. At any given the time, the screen can go green like the matrix on the bottom and freeze.

I tried a Reset, not a refresh, and same **bleep** is happening. I downloaded updates now, didn't even get to install them, computer ran into an error. The error now is about kernel.

I must say this that I have NOT downloaded any bad programs, I only had Skype and Chrome installed. Never visted a bad website, never did anything bad that lets a virus in.

My problem is since I bought it 2 weeks ago in Saudi Arabia, I moved back to Lebanon and brought the computer with me. Will my warranty be working in another country?

Im running a check disk from command prompt, but I doubt it will help.

So what the heck is going on? I have been sold a faulty computer? What's my best options here? I paid alot of money for the thing and didn't last a week?

Please help on what I can do to fix this?

My system is the Acer AZ5.

Errors that I've seen: Kernel errors, memory errors, freezes and computer will make a noise till you shut it off, green on the screen like the matrix, automatic restarts

At first blush it seems as if Acer classifies 'Middle East' as a country.  Presumably Saudi Arabia and Lebanon are both in the Middle East. (I'm from a time when that was the Near East and Pakistan, India etc was the Middle East.)

Get on the Acer Middle East site and see what support/service is available.  I presume that you have registered the purchase with Acer.

    Good Luck.
