As you are opening a can of worms using a DS4 Windows for a DualSense controller as that could also be a reason why the desktop and game is crashing your desktop.

There are no solutions for fixing these issues with either PS or NS, try the fix "What to Do if NitroSense Software Will Not Start" listed below and see if that will apply for the PredatorSense on your laptop
