Thanks it worked great, after downgrading, my problems got solved.

I also would be interested in downgrading the BIOS, my Laptop seems to have issues with the new version.

The Problem ""update cypress" [...] Cap sensor update FW fail or don't plug in." I have since the BIOS update, this is for sure related. Further on, I set up the whole system new again and installed all drivers from the Acer site, Still no functioning touchscreen. So something seems to be very wrong here. Btw other guys…

Then how can I find a working driver? I did not change any installation, I just used Windows update. Thanks

Hi, I did not get it, how do I exactly downgrade the BIOS? I have serious issues, my touchscreen is not working and getting an error message after every reboot (Update Cypress -> Cap Sensor Update FW fail or don't plug.)
