Sorry, my bad.. once you open the file, you would see 3 folders and other stuff, forget all these and look for name setup and the type is application. just double tap it and install the application.

I would suggest you to ensure your windows is up to date and try this.. Windows + R > msconfig > click on services > check the box that says hide all microsoft services > click on disable all > apply and restart the device.

Hi @BottleOJamie, Please check if these power options are enabled, press Win + R > type control > click on ok > select power options > on the left side click on choose what closing the lid does > here change it to do nothing. Also, disable hibernate option. check and share us an update.

Not necessarily, but i would recommend you to update your operating system from settings > windows update. I would not recommend BIOS update until unless there is a huge difference from your current BIOS ver vs available BIOS

sad to hear, if the device has a sticker states do not remove this or warranty will be void.. then i would suggest not to tamper it.. rather send it to acer, they should be able to provide warranty support.
