Me too. :/ I see lot of us have same issue. Maybe we can together sent some form of request to acer support. 

For all of you who want to use a thunderbolt 3 for eGpu, this controller can support external graphics but you dont have new firmware that will work with exernal graphics. You will need at least nwm v16.
