@JackE No, the touch screen does not wake the device in laptop mode. No, the "Touch screen to wake" option is not there in the settings.

Thanks @JackE, I updated the Bios and unchecked the Hibernate and fast startup, but still in tablet position it does not wake up by the power button nor with screen swipe or tap. I have to fold it back for it wake after sleep.

It did not work, and a bluetooth mouse is not practical for using the device as a tablet while standing or walking.

Concerning the bluetooth or USB keyboard/mouse solution, Well, Spin 3 is a 2-in-1 laptop, so I already have a keyboard attached. I just want to use it as a tablet sometimes. And it is not practical to hold a tablet and a mouse while standing/walking and using the tablet.

Thanks Puraw for the reply. Swiping and taping when sleep in tablet mode did not wake up my screen. A google search about the topic, lead me to the " Touch to wake" option in windows 11 settings.
