@JackE No, the touch screen does not wake the device in laptop mode. No, the "Touch screen to wake" option is not there in the settings.

Thanks @JackE, I updated the Bios and unchecked the Hibernate and fast startup, but still in tablet position it does not wake up by the power button nor with screen swipe or tap. I have to fold it back for it wake after sleep.

Thanks @William_mk2, but concerning the hp solution it did not work because mine is windows 11. In windows 11, tablet mode is integrated in the new OS and we cannot access it in the settings. I went into the Bios and enabled these "TBT wake from S4" and "USB wake from S4", and nothing changed. This is expected because I…

It did not work, and a bluetooth mouse is not practical for using the device as a tablet while standing or walking.

Concerning the bluetooth or USB keyboard/mouse solution, Well, Spin 3 is a 2-in-1 laptop, so I already have a keyboard attached. I just want to use it as a tablet sometimes. And it is not practical to hold a tablet and a mouse while standing/walking and using the tablet.

Thanks Puraw for the reply. Swiping and taping when sleep in tablet mode did not wake up my screen. A google search about the topic, lead me to the " Touch to wake" option in windows 11 settings. (mine is windows 11) But still, this option is not there. I will attach a screen shot and a picture from the link above to show…
