Have you tried factory reset? make sure you backup your system on flash using acer care before doing that http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/system-restore-factory-reset-work-windows-10/ hopefully this works for you, the issue might be from windows 10

i answered other post with similar issue, it is possible to change them either on predator sense or battery power and saving settings, i have mine the same as yours, and i like it this way, but i am sure you can change them..

this is pretty normal, my leds turn off automaticlly when i don't use my keyboard, its good if you want to save the power and prolong the life of the leds, but incase if you want to change the settings, i think its possible either on predatorsense or battery power and saving settings..

I don't think its possible with predator, unless they already planned it, but i don't see any software that support this feature on predator, i've seen it with a couple of other laptop brands through thunderbolt 3

You shouldn't be worried that much, that is screen bleeding, and it happens on almost all laptops, but the less the bleeding the better, i've seen many people replace their laptops @ amazon for having bleeding in the panel...

It looks like an over voltage surge protection issue, keep using your laptop, let me know if it happens again.. also if you get any blue screen, freezing, crashes, inform us, if nothing happens at all, then consider it a one time thing, because it happened to me once, before i updated all my drivers, couple of months ago...

Merhaba Serkan, Did you try other headset and same issue happened? double check if you have latest audio drivers and dolby drivers as well, it might fix your problem, if you does not fix it, check with your warranty provider..
