Hello,

I bought predator 17 from Amazon.com.  and screen is very bright in the corner. 20160708_021820__1468009626_65.28.105.186.jpgShould I be worried?

    If you start your Os you could do some monitor testing by software. 

     

    I cannot see how serious it really looks like on your picture. But I was also a litte bist astonished at the beginning by that.

     

    But under the running OS i never saw something wrong.

    You shouldn't be worried that much, that is screen bleeding, and it happens on almost all laptops, but the less the bleeding the better, i've seen many people replace their laptops @ amazon for having bleeding in the panel...

    I agree with beststevie, it's hard to tell how much of that is screen glare, and how much is bleed. You will inevitably get some bleeding, no matter what laptop you have. Screen bleeding is easiest to see if the screen is on max brightness and the whole screen is filled with a pure black image. That gives you the best black/white contrast ratio so it's easier to see.

    I remember now:  as I was a bit shocked by this symptoms on the Bios Boot Screen (what resolution ever might be?), I took the Black Screen Screensaver from windows. Unfortunately I'm not good at taking fotos,,,but there is notthing and I mean really nothing blleding or glaring or doing some things, I'm not aloud to say here... Smiley Wink
