    Gut zu wissen falls andere auch wieder das Problem haben.

    Nach dem Bios Update wird die Funktion also wieder resettet.

    Ist leider immer so, daß nach BIOS Updates die Setup Defaults aktiv sind. Ich muß z.B. bei meinem G9-793 dann wieder den Predator "Animationssound" ausschalten, das F12 Bootmenü aktivieren usw.

    Außerdem ist es wichtig, dass Sie uefi beim Aktualisieren der Firmware auf die Standardeinstellungen zurücksetzen. Drücken Sie dazu gleich nach dem Einschalten des Notebooks die Taste f2 und dann die Tasten f9 und f10, um beim Beenden zu speichern!

    Ich muss diesen tread noch einmal aufwärmen.
    Ich habe gerade auf dem Predator Helios 300 PH317-52 von Bios V1.19 auf V 1.26 problemlos geupdatet. Die Tastatur geht trotzdem im Akkubetrieb nach 20s aus. :-(
    Das Rücksetzen der Defaults habe ich natürlich vor dem Update durchgeführt.
    Wie gesagt keine Veränderung, egal ob Timeout Dissabled oder nicht.

    im Batteriebetrieb geht auch nach dem BIOS Update die Tastaturbeleuchtung  weiterhin nach 20 Sekunden aus.
    Im BIOS lässt sich nur einstellen, daß sie im Netzstrombetrieb anbleibt;  daran daß sie im Batteriebetrieb ausgeht, kannst du nichts ändern.
    Das ist aber auf Seite 3 dieses Threads von mir schon mal erklärt worden. Ausschnitt:

    Oh danke, ich war der Meinung in den nachfolgenden Antworten steht es gehe doch. Alles klar dann eben nicht. Schade. :'(
