I understand, so from when have you been updating intel graphics driver. From the start or when you started facing the issue. Also provide me the screenshot of your nvidia control panel. check for the settings in bios.

It is not recommended to update intel graphics, try using DDU and clean install both cpu and gpu drivers and let windows install the best drivers for your device.

It is better to use the intel graphics drivers from acer support page. Intel DSA is a driver installation tool that simply provide driver updates but doesnt know if its compatible to your device or not. Acer ones are the best and most compatible. @StevenGen its broken permanently i cannot fix it for ever so im just asking him what version he is using to find out if intel drivers can cause serious issues in gaming laptops

Do not update bios let it get automatically updated when its needed.
