Hello! I recently (about a month ago) purchased an Acer S7-392 from the Microsoft store. The laptop was working great, but about two weeks ago it stopped detecting the battery. I tried some of Acer-Cory's suggestion in the previous thread, however nothing worked. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do on my end before sending it to Acer support? I would love to be able to resolve this on my end to save me time and money!

there shuld be a push pin.. try pushing it

Hi Parth. I tried the push pin method, it was still undetected after that. I also ensured the screws were tightened.

cann you tell me how long you ushed it? Also keep pushing it.. and push it longer and for like 10-15 secdonds.

I used it for about one or two weeks before the issue arose. I tried holding it for 30 seconds and no reuslts.
