Can't get through to Customer Service to find my stolen Acer Aspire Serial Number.
I remember registering or at least setting up a user account when I purchased my Acer about 1 yr ago.
I cannot find my serial # to report to law enforcement on paper and thought I may have registered it then, or not.
But Customer Service only allows those with Ser #'s to chat etc. Catch 22
If someone can request a Customer Service rep to write I would appreciate.
I got into my account once a few days ago but now am locked out??

I purchased at COSTCO store in Sequim, State of Washington, USA
That store can only record a purchase, they don't save Ser numbers

customer service needs a ser # to enter........thus no way to get through to them
