    • Aspire US-620 internet WiFi not working

    WiFi was working and my daughter accidentally unplugged the computer now we can't connect to the internet. It sees the modem but says no connection and when I troubleshoot it says "Wi-Fi" doesn't have a valid IP configuration. 

    Network adapter is Broadcom 802. 11ac

     

    We lost the cd for the computer so I can't even wipe it and start over. 

     

    Anyone have any ideas how to get it working again?
