    if no errors appear and you are not afraid to loose all your personal data; you can completly erase the HDD and try to re-install windows 10 again:

     

    from command prompt

    type
    diskpart
    then on diskpart type
    list disk
    take note of the correct disk ID to erase
    type
    select disk x
    (x is the ID of your HDD to erase)
    type
    clean

    type exit

     

    reboot and try again to install from USB

    chkdsk c: /f /v

     

    if it asks to dismount volume, press Y
