Aspire V3-551G-X419 no bootable device found

I was sitting in class and my laptop all of a sudden said that there was an issue and it restarted. Upon restart, it gave me me a white screen with a blue box that said, "No bootable Device Found" and such.
I tried clicking F2 and changing a lot of the settings and nothing works.
I also tried taking out the hard drive and reconnecting it. That doesn't work.
I went to my university's IT department and the hard drive wasn't reading on their computers.
How do I fix it or can nothing be done?

    Hi,

Enter into the BIOS and check if the hard drive is detected under "Information" tab.

    Then perform a BIOS default:

While in the BIOS, press the F9 key and then select "Yes" to save the configuration.

Then press the F10 key and select "Yes" to save the changes in BIOS.

If the issue persists, it might be a hardware issue. You will need to send the laptop for warranty service.

    Hi,

If so, you may contact Acer support team to arrange a warranty repair or you may place warranty repair for your computer.
