Aspire V3 771G keyboard malfunctions

When I'm typing an email or post, the cursor suddenly shoots back several words and I find I'm typing gobbledey-**bleep**. This seems to be happening more frequently now. I tried uninstalling the keyboard driver, but as soon as I restart my laptop it reinstalls the driver. I have an older Aspire that never does this, so I'm guessing it's a defect. Is there any solution?

Thanks in advance.

My daughter disconnected the touchpad and everything now works fine.

Try attaching a USB keyboard and see if the problem is still the same.
if not then you need to replace your keyboard

it works....I have tried other update versions of BIOS. BIOS 1.01 is the best for Windows7 in the sense all keys are fine and the official touchpad driver works.
