Hi all
Got a aspire e5-571 a few days ago and I can not use the buttons on the trackpad. The trackpad itself works by tapping it but the "click" buttons do not work. It says that all drivers are the updated ones and it's running Windows 10. Checked all the settings on the mouse and all buttons are turned on. Any help would be great or should I just take it back and get a refund as it is still within time limit to take it back.
Many thanks

If you know which touchpad you have, uninstall it in Programs and Features, reboot and install the correct driver.

If that doesn't work and the recovery partitions are present, you can run restore and change it back to 8.1.
