How do I fix my Aspire TC-710 after a factory reset that went bad? Not booting up at all.

I bought it in April this year. All kinds of problems, no documentation or manual. In the diagnostics and help section, it was suggested I do a factory reset. No problem. It started reseting then stopped and said there was a problem. Hit cancel. Next screen says Exit and go to Windows 10 or reset or turn off computer. It will exit but no Windows comes up, the boot up just loops and computer beeps. I have no recovery disc but have access to other computers, one is exactly like the subject computer. How can I create a boot up disk for this computer? Please help!
