Hi there, my wife as recently bought me a Acer Iconia One 7 tablet as a early christmas present.

It can get on the internet, and it can down load updates from google, plus google store.

But google store will not open, it just shows the loading screen.

Is there anyone out there that can help me please, with regards to solving this problem.

Many thanks for your time and co-operation.

Dean

    Hi Dean,
    Please try this:
    Go to systems settings/apps/all
Search the google play application, tap it, then tap on clear data and clear cache if available.
Exit to home and run google play again.

Let me know if your issue is solved.

    Hi dude.

Thanks very much for the info regarding my Acer Tablet Iconia one 7.

Do not know if the wifi was slightly out of range, as my Tablet took four hours befoe it let me into the google store.

It may have been that or it was updating.

But once again many thanks for your info.

Whilst i am on here, i just would like to say that the Acer Iconia one 7, is a extremley reliable, and in my opinion, very fast budget tablet, i would recomend this model to any one in the Acer community that is thinking of buying a Tablet.

My wife works for a well known store here in England, and it was a bank holiday sale there, with her discount, it was a steal at just under a hundred pounds with extra warrenty.
