Internet cabeada instável Acer Aspire A315-42G

Bom dia, 
Geralmente uso a Wi-Fi do meu notebook para me conectar a internet, porém ontem resolvi utilizar a conexão cabeada. A internet funcionou quando cabeada, mas a todo momento desconectava e conectava, o que não acontece quando uso conexão Wi-Fi. 
O que pode ser ?
