(1) What is your full ACERONE 10 model number? S10xxxx?(2) What Windows version is on it now?(3) How are you trying to install Win10? From a self-made stick? From a store bought upgrade? From a store bought full install?Jack E/NJ

2) 18033) from windows update, bootinh from a self-made usb support and directly from the same usb support in Windows 10 already booted, i tried to initialize the system but it cant find a restore point, i also tried any tip found on the Microsoft forum (or at least apparently, reset of windows update settings included) but i get an 0x8007001f error if i try to upgrade to the 1903 version and an 0xc0000005 error if i try to upgrade to the 1909 version (just found on windows update)

Your emmc drive doesn't have enough space for storing temporary files needed for the update process to complete. Try inserting an NTFS formatted 16GB or more microSD card to act as temporary storage space needed by the update process to complete. Jack E/NJ

the internal memory has from 16 to 20 GB of free space (maybe because of some temporary files), arent they enough?

Nope. Win10 is a hog. Use an NTFS formatted sd card 16GB or greater. Jack E/NJ

how can i use my external NTFS hardrive for the upgrade?

You don't. The Win10 upgrade process should automatically use the NTFS microSD card for temporary storage. Jack E/NJ
