Problema sério urgente!!

Bom , eu fui abrir o meu note para tirar pó dos coolers, tirei , fechei e noto que uma ventoinha não funciona, quando eu sou uma leve batida ela gira nem devagarinho, e quando eu ligo o note fica no bootable device, e bios não reconhece o HD

    Sim, primeira coisa que que fiz foi desconectar bateria, e tirar ela para assim limpar o cooler

    Nao sei, é uma ao lado da outra, o meu note tem dois , e u o lado esquerdo parou e meu HD não é reconhecido pela BIOS mesmo ligando

    Eu tenho ele faz uns 6 meses  ou 5 algo assim, sim está , mandei email para o suporte ,. E estou esperando as instruções para enviar , como eu abri ele para tirar o pó , perco garantia?

    Eu tenho a caixa e tudo, mas o HD tbm esta ruim , ele liga, eu escuto, mas aparece the bootable device, e a BIOS não reconhece

    O fato de aoarecer no bootable device nao significa que o hd esta çom problemas. O hd e mostrado na guia informatiob do bios?
