Não consigo instalar o driver Bluetooth

Desisnstalei o driver recentemente pois não estava reconhecendo meu controle de PS4, agora eu baixo o driver oficial no site instalo mas mesmo assim continua como "Dispositivo desconhecido" no gerenciamento do computador
E também esse USB com mensagem de erro não sei porque se não tem nenhuma porta sendo usada.
