MINHA GARANTIA QUANDO VEZ UM ANO OS DOIS COMPUTADORES, COMEÇAM APRESENTAR DEFEITOS. UM ÁUDIO NÃO FUNCIONA E OUTRO COMPUTADOR TECLADO ESTUFOU SEM PODER FECHAR.

Quanto a garantia, qualquer aparelho de qualquer empresa esta sujeito a apresentar erros durante sua vida útil.
Em poucos casos em que existe uma problema de fabricação, quando a garantia chega ao final nenhuma empresa tem atribuições de realizar reparos.
