Recently i bought the basic Apire E15 E5-575-33BM
I just find it very good for the money i paid. When i used it for more demanding task it start to lagg because of the swapping on mechanical disk. I think this will be solved adding SSD and more RAM. My machine is Intel Core i3 7100U. How good it get when add more muscle? Any one had this experience?

Thanks,

Juan

SSD and RAM upgrades are always a positive. When we're talking about Solid-state Drive additions, I highly recommend it on your C:\ Partition. This is because you've Windows on your computer which you might find very useful because your computer will boot within seconds. RAM can surely improve the weight management on the applications. The pressure can be distributed among application and more free ram equals more multitasking.

If you're planning to add more SSD, I recommend you to try updating SSD for the boot partition and use HDD for other partitions. This will save you money and all your games and applications will save its data on C:\ by default which makes loading and saving (including temp files) faster.

    Hi,
Upgrading memory to a total of 8GB is good enough for normal work but switching to SSD will improve the performance immensely.

    Hi,
You are welcome :)  Get a DDR4 2133MHz or a 2400 module depending on what you have at the moment, recommended speed is 2133MHz but 2400MHz memory also will work. These are the recommended modules:
