Alguém sabe como tirar essa tela toda vez que reinício??

    Qual é o modelo exato do notebook? Se o problema ocorre mesmo quando altera as configurações no bios,  sugiro trocar a bateria rtc.

    Legacy. Ele inicia nlrmalz mas tem essa tela antes de aparecer do Windows qu eh chato.
