BOM DIA. 
COMPREI UM NOTEBOOK ACER NITRO 5, MODELO ANS 15-43-R9K7, NO PRIMEIRO DIA DE USO, NOTEI A TELA COM TONALIDADE AMARELADA. TENTEI VÁRIOS AJUSTES PARA CALIBRAR A IMAGEM, CONFIGURANDO PELAS PROGRAMAS DAS PLACAS DE VIDEO E TAMBEM PELO ACER QUICK ACCESS, NÃO OBTIVE SUCESSO, A TELA CONTINUA SEM BRILHO E COM TOM AMARELADO. ENVIEI O NOTEBOOK PARA ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA E RETORNOU SEM A SOLUÇÃO DO PROBLEMA, INFORMARAM QUE A TELA ESTÁ CONFORME PADRÃO DE FÁBRICA. LOGICAMANTE NÃO RECONHECEM O PROBLEMA
LAMENTÁVEL ESTA SITUAÇÃO POIS A TELA É FULL HD E ESTÁ COM BAIXA QUALIDADE DE BRILHO E CORES E AINDA COM TOM AMARELADO. NA INTERNET TEM ALGUMAS PESSOAS RECLAMANDO DO MENSO PROBLEMA DE TELA AMARELADA.

    Eu não sei se está relacionado ao problema, mas há três versões do bios referente ao id panel:

    Eu também aconselho desativar a luz noturna no windows.

    Luz noturna está desativada.
    Acho que é problema na má qualidade da tela.

    Tela totalmente com tom amarelado. Já tentei calibrar, ajustar, atualizei drivers da placa de vídeo e nada resolve...
    Notebook novo comprado a menos de 1 mês.

    ALGUEM JÁ TEVE ESTE PROBLEMA?
    Estou aqui hoje, em dezembro de 2021 como mesmo problema! Com um modelo que foi lançado em setembro deste ano! Não imaginava que depois de tanto tempo esse problema continuaria. Depois de pesquisar muito, consegui encontrar que a tela em si não tem problema nenhum, o problema é a ACER, que teve a cara de p4u de colocar uma tela de péssima qualidade em um notebook que chega a custar fácil 6k. A tela que eles utilizam cobre apenas 66% do sRGB, o que é extremamente baixo e impreciso!
