Como Fazer Print Screen no Acer Aspire 5?

Comprei um Acer Aspire 5 recentemente, e ainda não consegui fazer print. Como faço??  Já tentei apenas com a tecla PrtSc, Alt+PrtSc, Ctrl+PrtSc, Fn+PrtSc... nenhuma das funções deu certo.

    As versões mais recentes do windows,  tem uma função que configurar a tecla prtsc. Digite prtsc na cortana e veja que há uma função para essa tecla
