* O Acer Care Center poderá ser instalado em qualquer equipamento (PC) Acer que tenha sido fabricado a partir de 2014 e que execute o sistema operacional Windows 8.1 ou mais recente.  Meu equipamento eh um acer aspire 5 a515-52-57b7. Baixei AcerCareCenterCheckTool e informa que o meu computador nao eh suportado.

    Sim, o a515-52 suporta o acer care center. Mas o problema pode estar é no sistema operacional

    Ola @egydiocoelho      a versão usada foi a que havia repassado.
