Hi there,

Bought this laptop in November of 2016 and now its time ( i think ) to upgrade him. I bought and 240gb SSD from Sandisk to replace the 1TB already but a friend of mine told me i should get instead a m2sata Crucial with 500GB instead of the SSD and use the 1TB HDD has a secondary disk. What do you guys think ?

The laptop already has 1 sodimm of 8GB DDR4 RAM and i would like to know how much can it take, people told me the maximum may be the 16gb, anyone here with the same laptop to confirm this ?

Cheers from the Azores :)

    Good afternoon Cryptkeeper !

    Its equipment supports up to 32Gb of DDR4 2133 Mhz RAM (2 slots being 16gb x 2).
Confirm here if it is your exact model:

As for SSD, there are not all models that I have M2 slot.
Watch this video and check by opening the back of your device to find out if it has the M2 slot.
If yes, the idela would use even M2 and leave the original for data.
