Can I drop off my product at your authorized repair facility, instead of shipping it?
Acer is temporarily not accepting product dropoffs due to Covid-19
Although Acer does offer a Mail-in or Carry-In warranty, it is not recommended that you bring your Acer product directly to the repair facility, as we do not have a receiving department for products that are dropped off.
If you own an Acer notebook and would like to have inbound shipping covered, we offer an extended warranty called the Acer Total Notebook Protection. This warranty covers inbound shipping to our repair facility.
This warranty is available during the first year from date of purchase of a new Acer notebook, and can be purchased online at our Acer Product Support website. Unfortunately, we do not offer any methods of paid shipping inbound for Acer products, other than the notebooks.
