What do I do if my product is stolen?

If your product is stolen, Acer can flag the serial number in our database. In order to flag a unit as stolen, Acer must have a copy of the police report, complete serial number, and proof of purchase. For more information regarding this process please contact Acer support.

Note: Acer does not have any method of obtaining the serial number for a stolen computer.
