ConceptD 3 Ezel fingerprint reader

How do I use the fingerprint reader on the ConceptD 3 Ezel CC314-72G?

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options to set up Windows Hello. Once you have finished the setup, you will be able to use the fingerprint reader. It is integrated into the power button on the left side of the system as shown in the image below.
