thank you but i finally can do the Fn+Esc method, i just should hold it for 10-15 seconds until the battery led light, and after that i could just turn on the power button and my laptop do the recovery by itself Thanks acer for made the Bios Recovery Feature :) (sorry for my bad english)

have you found the solutions yet? my an515 57 not even responding when i click Fn+Esc and power button
