Hi Just logged on to site after a few months. got the issue resolved by sending unit in for repair twice First time they replaced battery, but still had problem when I got it back Second time they fixed it correctly but I don't know what they replaced that time Phil

I have similar issue with my Acer Swift3 Laptop With about 40 to 60% left on battery I power off (shut down) and there is no power the next morning. However I can use computer from 100% down to zero if I don't shut down. Is this a software issue or a battery issue Any insight would be appreciated Thanks Phil
