Bonjour, Pour information, j'ai eu le même problème. Pour le résoudre, j'ai créé deux mots de passe différents pour accéder à mon compte sur deux appareils différents. Goggle a beaucoup d'incohérences ces dernières années. Les contacter est top. Ils répondent et en fonction des difficultés trouvent des solutions…

For the files, you mean any files like documents ect...How about the one like Norton my protection software ? it is installed in the PC hard drive and in a file in my documents. Knowing the PC is almost empty because it is new and I wish also to install the Printer.

Thank you very much Padgett. To be sure I used a 64 fash drive to be sure (an old one) and it works well I hope. I bought another one for the ASPIRE.....The problem, I am totally unaducated in this IT field and I do not know how to express myself so I used my own words to describe the situation....Merci et à bientôt..
