Hi Jack, At last, I had time again to focus on our problem with the projector. We cut all power to the projector, re-powered and re-booted, but no change at all in terms of what can be accessed on the projector's settings menus. Hi Jack, The projector has been rebooted a few times, but power not cut. I will pull the plug out physically tomorrow morning and let you know if it fixed the problem. Thanks for your help so far, appreciate it! Kind Regards

Hi Jack. Yes ECO Mode is definitely off. Must I try to do a factory reset of some sorts and see if that helps? Regards Jaco
