Please post phone photo of first page of BIOS screen if possible.dans Acer Nitro 5 has flickering line of pixels on the bottom of screen Commentaire de JackE 21 janv.

The Monster is a 3-element TRS plug. The Nitro jack is made for a 4-element 15mm long TRRS plug. Accordingly, the Monster plug may work more reliably if (1) It is also exactly 15mm long and (2) A section of its ground sleeve is wrapped with tape so that the Nitro's mic input circuit slider contact is NOT grounded.

Yes, I know. But what do the 2 headset plugs look like? Top 3-element? Middle 4-element? Or bottom 2-element? Post photos of plugs if possible.

Some Monster headsets have a button marked with ANC (Auto Noise Cancellation) on the earpiece. I don't think that's the problem. You're trying to use 3-element TRS plugs (top image) in a jack that's designed for 4-element TRRS plugs (bottom image).

> > my headsets have separate cables for mic and audio> > OK. This explains the problem. You have a much older 3-element TRS plug for the speakers in the headset, The TRS plug is often shorter than a TRRS plug. I'll guess that the tip of the TRS plug is not reaching or connecting very well with the slider contact for the…

The startup screen is generated by the monitor's own BIOS, not output from either the PC's graphics adapters. So any aberrations…

Videos don't help. But we still seem to have some misunderstanding on the laptop's microphone jack. Perhaps this image of the 4-element…

> V15 has a single port> > Yes BUT as mentioned earlier, it is a HEADSET port, not an old-style HEADPHONE only style port. A headset port includes the mic all in a single port. It's still hard for me to believe that it worked very loud before on the V15 with a 1300 ohm impedance. But if it did then make sure the plug is…

The V15 port is NOT a headphone port. It is a combination headset port that includes the mic. It is compatible with a 4-element TRRS headset plug. Any noise cancelling feature would be built into the headset mic if it actually has this feature. There usually is a small button with an LED inside the ear cup to enable and…

What happens if you detach the microphone?

It might help if you could reveal the brand & model number of the headphones.

La solution la plus simple et la moins chère est d'acheter un adaptateur HDD/SSD 2,5" vers USB.

Other than some stress deformation possibly due to the screen bezel or curvature, pixel hardware seems to be OK. Are you seeing the repetitive imaging patterns shown on the startup screen in any apps?

>But I have activated the option to limit the battery charge to 80% in the Ace Care Center. Could this be the cause of the "beeps"?> > Possibly. Try disabling it. Does little or nothing for the battery anyway despite anecdotal evidence suggesting otherwise. All it does is shorten the time the battery can operate not…
