acer nitro n50-600 ne boot plus

Bonjour je me présente marc posseceur d'un pc de bureau acer nitro n50-600 qui fonctionnait bien jusqu a aujourdhui.

Du jour au lendemain il me dit " reboot and select propre boot de vice or insert boot média in délecter de vice and press a key"
Le soucis c'est que la veille tout fonctionnait bien et maintenant me voici bloqué sur cet écran de démarrage non fonctionnel.

J'ai tenté de rentrer dans le bios pour faire des changement ou même vérifier si tout était correctement bien paramétré. Je n'ai pas remarqué de défaut et pour être sûr j'ai remis les paramètres par défaut.

    Dans le pc il y a un ssd c:  et un hard d: disk 1to
    Le hard disk est devenu c:
    Je crois que le ssd est mort. Je pense que c'est ça car avec une clés USB bootable je ne parviens pas à faire une récupération de système.

    Bonjour merci pour cette indication. Oui le ssd apparaît bien dans le bios.

    Voir que SATAFIRM S11 apparaît. C'est un problème avec le firmware de l'A400 ssd. Vous pouvez essayer de le réparer:

    Ça m'oblige a prendre le ssd (Je ne sais pas où il est ) et le mettre dans un autre pc. Il est encore sous garantie alors je vais voir quel est la meilleur option. Si je le manipule moi même cela ne risque pas de faire sauter la garantie?

    Comme votre ordinateur est sous garantie, il est idéal de contacter le support technique Acer en France. Maintenant, si l'ordinateur était à moi et sachant que c'est un problème qui peut être résolu, j'essaierais de réparer moi-même le firmware du ssd.

    vous m'avez convaincu je me lance dans la tentative de réparation.
    pour info j'ai ajouter un nouveau disque dur dans le pc afin de réinstaller Windows, je vais tenter la réparation depuis cette nouvelle installation etant donné que le ssd (satafirm) est toujours installé dans le pc.  je vous tiens au courant.
