Bonjour
Mon écran KG241Q affiche une image trouble, comme doublée (type diplopie) : l'écran est neuf, la résolution (1920 x 1080) est recommandée.
Est-ce un pb de paramétrage ? Est-ce à voir avec la configuration du PC ?
Merci de m'aider à cibler la nature du dysfonctionnement ?

    Que se passe-t-il lorsque vous activez CLEARTYPE? De plus, tapez "ajuster l'apparence et les performances des fenêtres" dans le cortana et activez toutes les options.

    Sympa de persévérer.
    La réinitialisation des paramètres a redonné de la luminosité (j'avais personnalisé les paramètres), mais l'effet visuel n'a pas été modifié : voir photo ci-dessous (en particulier dans la barre des tâches)

    Je l'ai fait passer de 60phz à 75pHz et cela semble avoir fait son effet !
    Même si j'ai tjs l'impression qu'il y a un léger décalage, la visibilité s'est globalement bien améliorée..
    Toutefois, je pensais que 75 phz correspondait à un usage de "gamer" et que le mode standard était plutôt 60...
    Bon, si ça fonctionne mieux, je prends bien sûr.

    Je suis assez perplexe.
    Quand je vous ai répondu que le rafraîchissement semblait avoir résolu l'effet de dédoublement, il est vrai que c'était "visible"... mais pendant quelques heures seulement. Puisque le lendemain, j'ai retrouvé des images comme troubles.
    Sur les jeux - c'est mon fils qui joue - il a constaté que les images étaient à nouveau peu nettes. voir ci-dessous


    Bref, je ne parviens finalement pas vraiment à améliorer la situation...
