Bonjour,
j'ai fait l’acquisition récement d'un nouvel ordi portable (nom du produit : Swift SF315-51) et j'ai remarqué que la carte graphique ne fonctionne pas j'ai essayé de mettre a jours le pilote cela n'a rien changé je l'ai désinstallé et réinstaller mais rien ne change du coup je me tourne vers vous pour essayer de m'aider merci d'avance

    appuyez sur windows + r et tapez msinfo32.

    Ce qui se passe, c'est que le WINDOWS qui est installé sur l'ordinateur est généralement obsolète. Il est très probable qu'une mise à jour ait provoqué le problème. Que se passe-t-il lorsque vous appuyez sur alt + f10, mais cette fois en choisissant l'option qui efface le disque dur?

    je viens de faire alt+f10 en effacant le disque dur et ça n'a rien changer
    en faisant quelque recherche sur l'erreur code 43 j'ai cru comprendre que ça venait d'un pilote du constructeur qui empêche la mise a jour
