PH317-52-73T5-Problème avec Predator Sense

Bonjour,
J'ai réessayer de lancer l'application Predator Sense elle tournait en rond et ne se lançait pas. Je l'ai désinstaller puis j'ai été sur votre site en précisant le modèle de mon ordinateur grâce au SNID. J'ai été dans Predator Sense mais quand je le download que j'éxécute les fichier zip et que je lance le setup une page s'affiche et me dis "votre ordinateur n'est pas pris en charge" je ne sis donc pas comment re-télécharger cette apllication sur mon ordinateur. Comment faire ? (modèle(PH317-52-73T5))

Et bien l'application s'installe mais quand je veux la lancer un petit cercle bleu tourne pendant à peine 1 seconde et rien ne se passe j'ai essayer de la réinstaller mais elle ne se lance pas.0
