Acer nitro 5 ne démarre plus

dans Predator et Nitro
Bonjour,

Hier soir lors de mon utilisation de mon ordinateur portable Acer nitro 5 AN515-51-50DX il s'est subitement éteint.
J'ai pensé donc à une batterie vide, j'ai donc mis le chargeur et je ne vois aucun voyant de charge s'allumer.
Impossible de rallumer l'ordinateur j'ai tenté un reset batterie mais rien ne fait.

J'utilisais même pas l'ordinateur j'étais simplement sur le bureau windows...

Une idée?

    Vous l'avez dit ici "Hier soir lors de l'utilisation de mon ordinateur portable Acer nitro 5 AN515-51-50DX il s'est subitement éteint." Donc, vous utilisiez l'ordinateur portable uniquement sur batterie, n'est-ce pas?

    Et que se passe-t-il lorsque vous déconnectez la batterie au lithium et utilisez uniquement l'adaptateur secteur?

    Je viens tout juste de le démonter puisque de toute manière la garantie de 2 ans est dépassé de 20jours.. 
    J'ai enlever la batterie, brancher le secteur mais impossible d'allumer l'ordinateur. Il n'y a pas de LED de charge sur le côté.

    Essayez de retirer la batterie au lithium, puis appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation pendant trente secondes.
