Mon ordinateur redémarre tout seul

Bonjour, mon ordinateur est un Aspire 3, qui a 4 mois, une utilisation normale, il ne chauffe pas avant qu'il ne redémarre, il met très peu de temps à redémarrer, aucun problèmes d'après les logiciels d'Acer. Bref, quelqu'un connaît cette panne, si oui une solution ?

    Quel est le modèle exact de votre ordinateur portable? Exemple AN515-51-75KZ.

    Bonsoir, c'est le A315-42, est-ce que le problème peut venir du manque de ram ? Un pic élevé peut entraîner le redémarrage de l'ordinateur, ces redémarrage arrivent quand j'ai mon navigateur d'ouvert (Brave).

"Kernel-Power", cela vient de la batterie, qui avait un % trop faible, de souvenir je ne descend pas en dessous de 30%.

    En les désinstallant, ils disparaissent, et en fesant "Action" puis "rechercher les modifications sur le matériel" ils ré-apparaissent.

    Voilà c'est fait, le problème serait que le pourcentage de batterie ne soit pas bien synchronisé avec le pourcentage réel de la batterie ?
