Bonjour,

J'utilisais sans problème mon pc et en déconnectant le secteur (prise), il s'est éteint brusquement. Quand j'appuie sur le bouton power, le clavier clignote mais rien ne se passe. J'ai essayé de réinitialiser la batterie, mais rien ne change. Que faire? Merci d'avance.

    La première question est d'informer le modèle EXACT de votre ordinateur portable.

    A voir un sujet TRES similaire a été posté sur la community : https://community.acer.com/fr/discussion/comment/653223 , mais je ne sais pas comment débrancher et rebrancher une ram, je ne m'y connais pas du tout en informatique :(

    Merci beaucoup ? Je ne risque pas d'endommager mon ordinateur en l'ouvrant ? (Il faut rattacher ensuite des câbles ?) Je ferai ça demain matin tranquillement et vous tiens au courant par rapport au bouton. Pouvez-vous aussi m'éclairer: sur l'autre discussion, l'utilisateur parle de cette fameuse RAM qu'il faudrait débrancher et rebrancher... Pouvez vous m'indiquer son emplacement et la marche à suivre ? :) Encore mille mercis!

    D'accord merci ! J'ai déjà essayé la réinitialisation de la batterie avec le petit trou mais sans succès malheureusement... Il ne se passe toujours rien quand j'appuie sur power, à part la lumière du clavier qui s'allume très brièvement puis s'éteint...

    Nous avons démonté hier l'ordinateur avec l'aide d'un ami...contrôlé le bouton mentionné (rien de spécial), enlevé et remis la ram mais...toujours rien! Une autre idée? Un grand merci d'avance!

    Avant le problème, aviez-vous essayé de mettre à jour le bios? Que se passe-t-il lorsque vous déconnectez la batterie rtc et la batterie lition?

    Pour être sur que nous avons fait juste: quels sont les câbles a enlever pour déconnecter ces deux batteries?

    Laissez la batterie déconnectée pendant un certain temps et recherchez également un condensateur brûlé. Essayez également de déconnecter la batterie rtc (cmos).
