    Avez-vous formaté le disque dur? Vous devez appuyer sur alt + f10 avant le logo Acer.

    Je n'ai pas formaté le disque dur. Le problème c'est que je n'ai pas le temps de faire alt +f10 le logo predator s'affiche tout de suite.

    Vous n'avez probablement pas désactivé le démarrage rapide dans les options d'alimentation. C'est pourquoi vous ne pouvez pas appuyer sur les touches alt + f10. Il serait intéressant de réinstaller Windows pour voir s'il y a un problème avec les pilotes.

    J'ai fais alt f10, je ne veux pas faire de fausse manipulation, je dois bien cliquer sur restauration système pour réinstaller win10 ?

    Rectification : il me semble avoir déjà fait une réinitialisation complète du pc il y a qlq mois, donc mon disque dur avait été formaté.

    Je ne suis pas sur à 100% mais il me semble que le micro marchait bien avant le formatage, puis j'avais eu un problème avec celui ci et j'ai décidé de formater le disque dur (réinitialiser complètement le pc). Depuis j'ai toujours des problèmes de micro.

    Avez-vous créé une image de système d'exploitation à l'aide du Acer Care Center? Aussi, avez-vous essayé d'installer le pilote fourni par acer?

      Avez-vous le même problème de qualité d'enregistrement?
    2. Micro externe:
      Enregistrez un message en tournant lentement le jack du micro et vérifiez si l'effet disparait par moment en l’écoutant.

    Le son ne coupe plus mais il y a un bruit de fond constamment (ce bruit n'est pas présent sur d'autres pc), je parle de grésillements.
