Pour entrer dans le BIOS, appuyez sur f2 dès que vous allumez le notebook! N'effectuez aucune modification et vérifiez si le problème se produit également dans le bios! Ensuite, allez à quitter et cliquez sur quitter et ignorer les modifications ou quelque chose! Si le problème persiste dans le bios, cela indique qu'il y a un problème sur le matériel!

Le problème serait-il semblable à ceci?Si oui, essayons quelques procédures:a) connectez un moniteur externe et vérifiez que le même problème se produit sur le moniteur externe! il faut vérifier cela, savoir s'il s'agit ou non d'un problème dans le chipset graphique;b) vérifiez que le même problème se produit dans le bios.Oi!
