здравствуй чат! такая проблема:иногда с ничего тухнет ноут(не отвечает на любые комманды и серый экран как будто выключено все)светится клавиатура на экране НЕТ курсора,вентиляторы гудят так же,помогает жесткая перезагрузка с помощью зажатия кнопки включения после этого эффект пропадает,чаще всего встречалось в играх,но иногда бывает и на рабочем столе(причем в тех играх в которых зачастую полностью не грузится видеокарта,например:project zomboid, garrys mod) у кого была или есть такая проблема? что делать и как решать?
P.S ноутбук был куплен год назад и уже была такая проблема(Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-51)
менял винду,переустанавливал,не помогает ничего
иногда мне кажется что дело в блоке питания потому что он не от фирмы acer(но был в комплекте именно такой)
