Bonjour à tous ,
Je viens d'acquèrir un aspire A515 il y a 2 jours et je viens de vouloir le recharger en laissant le pc allumé et j'ai un problème .
Lorsque je branche l'adaptateur et que mon pc est allumé , il prend la charge environ 1 min et ensuite la charge s'arrête .
Il ne prend la charge que lorsqu'il est éteient 😕 .
Quelqu'un a t-il déjà eu ce type de soucis .

Merci pour ta réponse rapide.
Le modèle du pc est un A515-56-56L8 ; l'ordinateur fonctionne très bien sur batterie . Lorsqu'il est éteint il recharge normalement . Mais si je veux le charger portable allumé , la charge s'arrête après quelques minutes et j'entends un bip puis la charge s'arrête.

Appuyez rapidement sur f2, avant le logo Acer. Envoyez ensuite une photo de l'onglet d'informations du bios.

La version du bios est 1.25 comme indiqué dans l'onglet informations de votre ordinateur. Je conseille d'essayer de mettre à jour le bios vers la dernière version.

Merci de ta réponse , j'ai réussi à contacter l'assistance ACER il m'ont fourni le même lien que toi . Tu penses qu'il y a un risque ? Mon ordinateur a une semaine il est sous garantie. Si il m'arrive quelque chose de mauvais la garantie prendra tout de même en compte les dommages ?

J'ai effectué la Maj du BIOS et c'est bon mon Pc refonctionne normalement pour le rechargement .
